- Check occasionally to ensure the base does not burn. Adjust the flame as needed.
Serving Suggestions
- Serve the mini tawa pizzas hot, straight from the pan.
- Pair with tomato ketchup, chili sauce, or garlic dip.
- Garnish with fresh basil or coriander leaves if available.
Tips and Variations
- Use whole wheat bread or multigrain bases for a healthier version.
- For a non-vegetarian option, add cooked chicken, sausage, or pepperoni slices.
- Add a layer of butter or garlic butter on the base before adding sauce for extra flavor.
- Always cook on low flame to prevent burning and ensure even melting of cheese.
- If the cheese is not melting, sprinkle a few drops of water on the sides of the tawa and cover quickly to create steam.
Storage and Reheating
- Mini tawa pizzas are best enjoyed fresh.
- If needed, store leftover toppings separately in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
- Reheat assembled pizzas on a tawa over low heat until warm and cheese melts again.
